Crazy Neighbor
"Victory through humiliation."
Logline
Real-life feuding neighbors settle their petty, long-standing disputes through a series of elaborate, humiliating, physically demanding obstacle-course challenges, with the winner earning the final say, and ultimate bragging rights, over their home turf.
Synopsis
Crazy Neighbor turns suburban drama into high-stakes spectacle. Every neighborhood has that one impossible resident who lowers property values and destroys the peace, and when traditional methods fail, Crazy Neighbor intervenes. We bring in feuding parties who've reached their breaking point, have them sign a binding contract to abide by the results, and then force them to battle for neighborhood supremacy on ridiculous, Wipeout-style obstacle courses: bungee races over mud pits, climbing walls while pelted with paintballs, navigating rotating towers of ice. It's high-energy, irreverent, and deeply cathartic, blending the absurd physical comedy of a wild obstacle course with the relatable drama of a real suburban feud. The winner gets to impose their will on the loser's property, and the audience becomes a roaring court of public opinion, picking sides and fueling the chaos.
The World
The relatable, high-stakes world of suburbia, the front yards, fences, and driveways where local feuds simmer, transformed by custom-built, extreme obstacle courses that contrast hilariously with the manicured calm of a typical residential street.
